Valentina Cicconardi

Valentina Cicconardi, an Associate at Simon WealthLex, qualified as a lawyer in 2013 and earned her PhD in Private Law from the University of Roma Tre in 2020. Her doctoral thesis was titled “Family Capitalism and its Succession Planning.”

In 2017, she joined Vicari & Associati, a highly respected Milanese law firm specializing in wealth planning and intergenerational transfer. She collaborated with the firm for several years before taking on a consulting role at a prestigious notary firm in Milan.

In 2018, she completed a Master’s degree in Trust Law, directed by Professor Maurizio Lupoi.

Throughout her professional and research career, Valentina has gained extensive experience in inheritance law, trust law, and corporate law.
