Edoardo Recupero

Edoardo Recupero supports the activity of Simon WealthLex as a Trainee Lawyer during his compulsory legal traineeship.

In May 2022, he obtained a French degree in law at the Université Côte d’Azur as part of the double degree programme with the University of Turin.

In November 2023 Edoardo graduated cum laude in law discussing a thesis entitled: “The trustee’s duties and liabilities in the management of the trust fund“.

Since December 2023, he has been a member of the editorial staff of “Trusts e Attività Fiduciarie”, where he writes periodically on trusts and estate planning.
