Davide Davico

Davide Davico, Managing Partner at Simon WealthLex, qualified as a lawyer in 2009 and earned an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law in 2011.

After graduating in 2006, Davide collaborated with the corporate and commercial law department at RPLT. In 2010, he joined Freshfields, a highly recognized international law firm, as an associate, specializing in banking and finance.

In 2015, he joined the Ersel Group, taking on the role of General Counsel. From 2019 to 2022, he served as Director of Simon Fiduciaria, and from 2021 to 2022, he was Head of Wealth Planning for the Group.

Throughout his professional career, he has gained extensive experience in club deals, wealth and succession planning, fiduciary services, corporate governance, extraordinary transactions, and banking and investment services.

He holds positions as a board member and a member of supervisory bodies (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001) at important companies. He has also published numerous articles and participated as a speaker at various conferences on trusts and intergenerational business transfer.
