Edoardo Recupero

Edoardo Recupero is an Associate at Simon WealthLex and a member of the Turin Bar.

His practice focuses primarily on corporate law, extraordinary corporate transactions, corporate reorganisations, trusts and family business matters.

He graduated summa cum laude in Law from the University of Turin and also obtained a Licence de droit, économie, gestion from Université Côte d’Azur as part of the French-Italian dual degree programme.

As of November 2026, he is a PhD candidate in the “Law, Individuals and Markets” doctoral programme at the University of Turin, where he contributes to teaching and research activities in private law and comparative private law. He is also a member of the Editorial Committee of the journal Trusts e Attività Fiduciarie and has authored publications on generational transitions and trusts.
