He currently holds the position of General Counsel of the Ersel Group in secondement.<\/p>\n<p>He has worked in leading national and international law firms including EY SLT, where he was a partner between 2015 and 2019, and RP Legal &amp; Tax, where he was an equity partner from 2019 to 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Davide developed considerable experience in assisting banks and other supervised institutions in ensuring the compliance of their structures and conduct with industry regulations.
